JING exists to bring the most fulfilling tea drinking experience to people around the world. That experience is tied up in the quality of the tea’s flavors and aromas.
This Ideation work is all about helping users to find their perfect tea by answering a set of questions that would eventually help them make a choice and proceed to their checkout.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Many tea enthusiasts and consumers face difficulties in finding their desired tea products due to a lack of a comprehensive and user-friendly platform that caters specifically to tea-related needs.
Existing tea websites often suffer from limited product selections, inadequate search functionality, and a lack of personalised recommendations, making it challenging for users to discover and purchase their preferred teas.
There is a need for a robust tea-finding website that addresses these issues, streamlines the tea selection process, and provides a delightful shopping experience for tea lovers.
SOLUTION
The aim is to develop a tea-finding website that addresses the challenges mentioned above. The platform will offer an extensive selection of tea products, enabling users to discover a diverse range of teas from various regions and types.
The website will prioritize enhancing the user experience by implementing a series of questions for beginners to help them through making a choice.
