SUMMARY

Once a week at Rank Plc, We, the UX UI team got together to ideate and explore solutions outside of the company roadmap, with the view  push the boundaries of casino applications and designs in general.

Gen Z is the first generation to have grown up in a highly digital and mobile-centric world. Creating a casino that is primarily designed for online and mobile platforms aligns with their preferred mode of engagement.

IDEATION EXERCISE
  • Gamification and skill-based games: Gen Z appreciates gamified experiences and skill-based challenges. Incorporating elements of gamification and offering skill-based games within the casino can make the gaming experience more enjoyable and rewarding for this generation.

Responsible gambling and transparency

Gen Z tends to be more conscious of social issues, including responsible gambling practices. A casino targeting this generation can emphasize transparency, responsible gaming initiatives, and clear communication about odds and risks to build trust and loyalty.

Personalization and customization

Gen Z values personalized experiences. Implementing algorithms that tailor game recommendations and offers based on individual preferences and behaviors can enhance the overall user experience and foster loyalty. Gen Z is also drawn to compelling narratives and storytelling. Incorporating engaging themes and narratives into the casino’s games and promotional materials can captivate this audience and make the casino stand out.

 

CUSTOMER JOURNEY MAP

We created a Customer journey map representing the steps and touchpoints a customer goes through while interacting with Tofu with the view to understand the customer’s experience, needs, pain points, and emotions throughout their entire journey.
